While I recognize that the owner had a personal relationship with Paul Reubens, he needs to be able to separate business from feelings. People sent in their valuable personal property to be autographed and when Paul Reubens died they inquired about the signing that they'd paid for.

This is not an abnormal question. Yet they were all punished for asking. One such customer was told that if his send in item had in fact been signed, they'd be refunding the fee and then washing the signature off and sending it back (see screen grab). As someone who sends in multi-signed items from time to time, the idea that someone would consider "washing" my item as a reasonable thing to do turns my stomach in knots.

it encompasses every fear we have about sending out things we love and entrusting them to someone else's care. There is not a bucket-list autograph on this planet that I would use this company to obtain. They simply cannot be trusted. They feel this was justified because they were sad.

If you are going to do business with them I'd recommend purchasing photos directly from them instead of trusting them with a cherished item. If you ask a question that they deem offensive while its in their possession they might ruin it as revenge for a fight you didn't even know you were in.

Bought several items from them and had no problem, UNTIL I sent in a Christina Applegate POP figure for an upcoming signing in February 2022. I have been trying to get information about the order for quite some time.

Originally, my Funko POP was somehow overlooked when Ms Applegate did her signing. I was told that a signing with her would be rescheduled. Since then, I have to repeatedly try to make contact to try and get an update.

The last I heard from them, the POP had been signed and they were waiting for Beckett to authenticate it. This was communicated to me on December 5, 2022 via Facebook Messenger.

I still haven't heard a thing and I have inquired twice with absolutely no response. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement.

I have tries sending emails (to Brittney, their only source of contact) to no avail and if you leave a message on their Facebook Messenger, they refer you to Brittney! If my item is signed, when will I receive it? If it hasn't been signed at this point, please return my item and refund my money.

Either way, I would like a response.

I believe I have been more than patient, however, communication would be helpful. The lack of communication on their part is less than desirable.

I will never do business with them again and I hope no one else has this terrible experience with this company. There are good, reputable autograph signing companies out there; OC CELEBRITY MARKETING LLC IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
